Your listing needs a clear visual identity, but a successful interior also has to work when guests put down their bags. We consider how they arrive, unpack, relax, dine and sleep, alongside the practical demands of a short-stay property.
Starting with the existing layout and furniture, we identify what can stay and where a change will make the biggest difference. That might mean a coordinated refresh, a furnishing plan for an empty apartment, or design direction for a more substantial refit.
We discuss your target guests, priorities and investment before shaping the scope. Design can improve the way a property looks and feels; bookings and income also depend on pricing, location, management and market conditions.

An existing listing?
A fresh start?
For an established Airbnb, share photographs, a floor plan if you have one, and the parts of the property you would most like to improve. Tell us which pieces you want to retain and any guest feedback that could help inform the brief.
For a new holiday rental, we begin with the property, intended guest capacity, budget and target readiness date. We can then discuss room priorities and the sourcing and styling support that suits your plans.

Can you use furniture we already own?
Yes. We can build a scheme around suitable existing pieces. The initial review helps identify what to keep, reposition, refresh or replace.
How much does an Airbnb furnishing project cost?
Every project is scoped individually. Room count, existing furniture, the level of refit, sourcing and site involvement all affect the budget. Share your priorities and an indicative budget so we can discuss a suitable scope.
Do you manage every part of the refit?
The level of design, sourcing, styling and implementation support is agreed for each project. Any trades, purchasing arrangements, delivery and installation responsibilities are clarified before work begins.
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on the agreed scope, decisions, product availability and access to the property. Let us know your target date at the start so these factors can be considered.
